DisgrifiadTy Ivor, Goetre Fawr, is early 19th century, constructed of squared coursed stone, with a Welsh slate roof. It has a two storey symmetrical central entrance front to the road. There are three large sash windows; all have horns except the bottom left and the top centre. There are somewhat projecting flat eaves overall, and a hipped roof with a large stack to either end wall. A timber garage has been added to right flank. The gable walls are blind.
