Soilmarks show the outline of univallate oval enclosure at Ty'n-y-Wern, sited on the eastern tip of east/west spur and aligned with the ridge. It overlooks the Afon Alwen to south. Hillfort is small, perhaps only 60-70m long. Discovered during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 16 June 2003.
