Built of random rubble stone in a clay mortar with quoins to the corners. Slate pitched roof with gable end stone chimneys. Stone voussoirs are situated over the windows and doors. Gable entry to the kitchen, situated next to a large stepped projecting chimney stack. The roof is supported by pairs of principal rafters held by capped collars and tie beams. One of the collars is inscribed with "1788".
