DisgrifiadAdjacent to the east-west Roman road at St Clears, cropmarks show a rectangular ditched enclosure 60m east-west by 70m north-south, with rounded corners, aligned north-south. Cropmarks were identified during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 1st August 2013, and on vertical aerial photographs taken for Welsh Government in the same year. The regular, Roman form of the enclosure, together with its position in relation to a Roman road, suggests a Roman military function.
