Tabernacl Methodist Chapel was fist built in 1833, rebuilt in 1853 and again in 1869. The present chapel, dated 1869, was designed by architect Thomas Thomas of Landore, and built in the Classical style of the gable entry type. The chapel was enlarged further in 1897 and is now Grade 2 listed.
