Faith Buildings in Wales

The Royal Commission was set up in 1908 to research and record the buildings of historical, architectural and cultural importance in Wales, and perhaps no area of work has been more important than that on Faith buildings. The Royal Commission Archive contains thousands of images, drawings and documents that record and illustrate a rich diversity of beliefs that have had an integral part in shaping the culture, politics and landscape of Wales throughout history.
