1. Ruinous, 3 unit rubbled walled, up and down site, lateral projection of recess and porch on south wall, central fireplace, opp. entrance divides the house-poss. inserted.
2. Ruined long range of outbuildings to W, house to E of complex now demolished.

'Oak beam above fireplace at Neuaddlwyd measures 12ft 6in by 1ft 9in by 1ft 2in. Counting of annual rings shows the beam to have come from a tree at least 145 years old.'
