Description
Tanlan Methodist Chapel was built in the late nineteenth century, in the later Vernacular and Sub-Classical style with a gable entry plan. The chapel has a slate roof, pebble-dashed walls with cement render details and raised quoins. The windows are tall sashes with margin lights. There is a plain interior with tongue and groove boarding and collar-beam trusses. Tanlan was used as a Sunday school by Seion MC chapel (NPRN7756) but closed c1980 and has since fallen into disuse.
