The site consists of a farmstead with a probable medieval long house, which measures approximately 17m long and 5m wide. The structure is double-levelled with the lowest portion surviving to 1.5m high, while the upper level is 1m higher, but survives only as wall foundations. The longhouse is well constructed with sub-angular and sub-rounded stones and quoins, and the entrance is located on the eastern side. It is surrounded by two ancillary structures and a stock enclosure on the north side. Overall, the area of the farmstead is approximately 30m square.
