DisgrifiadA nineteenth century(?) reservoir in Glynllifon Park, located some 330m south-west of a second, smaller example (NPRN 308974). An embanked circular stone-walled reservoir, 15m in diameter,set within a mound about 24m in diameter.
Depicted on the 1st edition OS County series (Caernarvon. XX.7 1889), the reservoir may belong to the landscaping program of the second Lord Newborough (d.1832), part of a gravity feed system for ornamental water features (see Long Text attached to NPRN 86377).
