Canal and railway wharf; on S side of canal, interrupted by bridge piers (nprn 85299), formerly used for transferring goods between Hill's Tramroad (nprn 85860) and the B & A Canal (nprn 85124). Consists of a low stone wall formerly with timber edging, now raised and acting as a retaining wall for a domestic garden associated with the wharf house (nprn 34979).
