DisgrifiadWyfydd is a 18th to early 19th century, one storey and attic cottage with thick exposed stone rubble walls and a slate roof with stone end chimneys. The front has a small 12-pane sash window to each side of a central gabled porch. The patch of front garden to each side of the porch is enclosed by low stone wall. At the northern end there is a single storey extension with a slate roof. It is important as a rare survivor from Llandudno's agricultural past.
