1. Built in 1889; William Hancock & Co. Ltd. purchased the site in 1894 and reconstructed it.

2. Site taken over by Hancock's in 1894 and subsequently became part of Bass. Bought by Brains in recent years and all production transferred here. Brains Old Brewery (nprn 33325) in St Mary Street, dating from 1713 and acquired by Brains in 1882 now being redeveloped as a retail site.
