Bwlchygwynt Baptist Chapel was built before 1800 to house the community formed in 1756. It was further enlarged in 1842, and rebuilt or modified in 1861 and 1888. The chapel on this site is in the simple round-headed style with a gable entrance and hipped roof. Within there is a simple ballustraded gallery.
