Description
1. Crosskeys Methodist Chapel was built in 1836 in the Simple Round-Headed and Lombardic/Italian style, with a gable entry plan, and tall windows.

In the 1970s the congregation amalgamated with that of the Pontywaun Wesleyan Methodist chapel on High Street, and this chapel closed. The chapel has since been demolished and a public car park built in its place.

2. The structure does not appear on the first edition 25" O.S. map of 1880. The chapel at this location was likely built in 1893.
