An area of strip fields some 200m to the south and some 400m east of St Martin's Church (NPRN 102141), probably associated with the medieval and later borough of Laugharne (NPRN 33066) The general field pattern is visible on modern Ordnance Survey mapping, although a number of boundaries have been removed. Fields appear to have formerly measured some 20-30m in width. This field system (NPRN 308928) may have been contemporary with an open field system located some 900m to the south-west.
