Well-preserved earthworks of a deserted rural settlement, comprising the remains of a building accessed via a present-day track, which cuts generally NW-SE through a wider set of earthern enclosures. That surrounding the dwelling is curvilinear and elongated, almost figure-8 shaped, with wider polygonal and rectangular field enclosures extending to the west and east. The whole is contained within a more recent (possible Enclosure-period) polygonal field enclosure of a more precise and recent character than the earlier earthworks. Discovered during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance in 1992.
