Description
Bivallate or multivallate enclosure, c.46m diameter, now plough-levelled but partly fossilised by a kink in the hedge line. It lies c.140m south-west of St Michael's Church and parallels the church's circular churchyard, raising the likelihood that this was originally a pair of later prehistoric enclosures, with that the north-east subsequently re-used for ecclessiastical purposes. Discovered during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 27 July 2006. See frames AP_2006_3868-3871.
