Description
Llandyfan Farmstead comprises an eighteenth-century farmhouse, Llandyfan House (NPRN 17508) with a contemporary three-side range of outbuildings, consisting of cow shed and stable (NPRN 31619), barn (NPRN 31617) and outbuilding (NPRN 31618). The farmstead is situated immediately to the south and east of St Dyfan's Church (NPRN 302028). All the buildings are Grade II listed, and considered of group historical value. A lime kiln (NPRN 40664), situated adjacent to the north-east farmyard boundary, is also Grade II listed and a Scheduled Ancient Monument. It was first referred to in documents of 1758.
