Single storey building orientated SW-NE built before 1887-1899 according to site plans held by J. W. Greaves and Sons Ltd. Walls constructed of coursed slate blocks with a purlin construction pitched slate roof. Door and Window in NE wall, which shows signs of more than one phase of rebuilding. In the SW Gable end of the building is a brick chimney.
