Description
Established in September 1915, the branch of the Women's Institute in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll is the oldest in Britain. Although it was founded at a nearby cottage, the branch moved into the current Hall during the interwar period.

The Hall adjoins onto the c.1823 Gate Toll House (NPRN 15729) to the east and is a simple single-storey structure constructed of corrugated iron with a pitched corrugated iron roof and large square six-light windows.
