Description
The Henlln Amgoed Congregational Chapel was constructed as a meeting house in 1697, before being rebuilt or enlarged in 1724, and again in 1830. The interior, including balustrated gallery, largely dates from modifications made in 1927. The chapel is of a mixed sub-Classical and simple round-headed style, with a hipped box slate roof. External stairs rise to a short-wall entrance, with stairs descending to the ground floor within.
