Description
The Sand Street Calvinist Methodist Mission was built in 1882, but has since fallen into disuse and disrepair. It is now used principally for storage. The cement rendered chapel was entered via a central double wooden doorway in the centre of the gable end, flanked by plain rectangular windows. In the triangle of the gable a slate plaque reads 'YSGOLDY / CENHADOL / PENMOUNT / ADEILADWYD / 1882'. The chapel is topped by a pitched slate roof.
