On the summit of Cadair Fawr, amidst outcrop and scattered limestone blocks, are the remains of a cairn measuring 9.5m in diameter and up to 1m high. It incorporates several large boulders up to 1m by 0.7m by 0.4m in size. The centre of the cairn has been mutilated.
