DescriptionA longhouse defined by turf-covered earth and stone banks. It lay on the north side of a track and was cut into the east facing slope. It measured 11.5m east-west by 5.25m. The west, north and south sides were in good condition but the south side appeared to be disturbed. A drainage gully up to 2m wide was visible around the northwest corner. Internally the feature was divided into two cells with a step down of c. 0.5m between the two, the western one being highest. Vegetation cover was grass and reeds in February 2008. J.J.
