DescriptionDetached to left midway along the street. Dated 1754 and initialled ES on a central plaque with Prince of Wales feathers. Slate roof and red brick chimney stacks and a 3-storey, broad, painted roughcast front with painted quoins and cill bands. Two 12-pane sash windows to 2nd floor with stone dressings and a 16-pane sash to 1st floor left with leaf motif to lintel. Splayed oriel to right with panelled apron. To the ground floor are 3 shop fronts, that to left was formerly a butchers shop and has 2-windows flanking half-glazed door and Regency roundels over pilasters. Central shop front has bracket fascia with small showcases to pilasters, modern window and splayed entrance. 3-light shop window to right with later glazing. There is a 1-window cross range to the rear with small pane sashes, before a cobbled yard.
