The remains of a deserted farmstead south of Ffynnon Yr Oerfa, situated on sloping ground, in open moorland. The site comprises a long house, about 12m in length with two outbuildings to its east, enclosed within an inner bank enclosing an area of about 25m long. Close by, to the north-east, is a rectangular enclosure circa 30m long. A hollow way leads into the farmstead, while the whole complex is surrounded by a well preserved ditch.
