Penrhiw is a large Tudorbethan vicarage of 1884. It is two and a half storeys and L-plan. The building has ashlar quoins, mullion and transomed windows and a large half-timbered and glazed gabled porch. Built as vicarage for St Davids parish, it later served as the Priory of the Community of St John the Evangelist.
