DescriptionSt Thomas's is located on the south side of Clydach Road. It was built in 1894-6 to designs of E.M.Bruce Vaughan. It consists of a nave with north aisle and lower chancel, raised above a hall on the south side. There is a small north tower, a larger north-east tower having been demolished. A south transept was added in 1912. The altar has a painted front, depicting the Lamentation, and came from a demolished church in Cardiff. Stained glass depicting the Resurrection is by Jones and Willis (Birmingham), dated 1920.
