Set at the E corner of the house described under NPRN 26419 this is itself described as possibly earlier and of a "Unit-system" type. Has Masons' marks on "T" quoins, slab copings on rounded kneelers, original C17th window (a unique feature), C19th stone arch, original timber lintels. A later external staircase, stop chamferred bressumer. The original ceiling and a door by the hearth - an unusual plan in north Wales.
