Earthworks show up to four house platforms set into the slope on a south facing hillslope above Monaughty. An fifth rectangular enclosure higher up the slope, containing boggy ground and marked by a bush, may be a fifth house platform or potential pond. The four platforms are quite denuded and appear to be related to other rectilinear earthworks, probably representing a deserted settlement of putative medieval date. Discovered during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 2nd December 2004.
