Victorian farm garden set in miniature parkland containing a large orchard in 1880, with stands of cherry, oak, elm and beech marked on the map. The ornamental farm garden was edged with contemporary tiles. The Kitchen garden lay in a semi-circular enclosure at the west of the property.
