Earthworks show an elongated, polygonal enclosure measuring c.108 north-south by 80m east-west, surviving on the hillslope immediately to the west of Gaer House farm. The earthworks appear to show the survival of a prehistoric defended enclosure to support the place-name evidence at this location. Recorded during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 11th June 2009.
