DescriptionThe building is of corrugated iron with timber framing. The machinery includes bench and circular saws. There are two overshot waterwheels, one for the saw mill and the other for the adjacent corn mill (nprn 40252), which are about 14 feet in diameter with iron shrouds and wooden spokes and buckets.
