Cwmerfyn Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Chapel was built in 1866. It is in the simple round-headed style, with a rendered exterior and slate roof with bracketed eaves. The chapel is entered via a central double panelled door with fanlight over to the centre of the gable facade, which has rusticated quoins, two small round-headed windows with Y-tracery, hoodmoulds and keystones, and a small arched ventilation point. The side elevations each have two arch headed windows with Y-tracery.
