Moriah Independent Chapel was built in 1855, modified in 1861 and rebuilt in 1893. The present chapel, dated 1893, is built in the Romanesque style of the gable-entry type, with a central double door and large fan light above. The chapel has two storey's and the windows are located in wall recesses.
