Plan entitled "Aberdovey: Half Inch Scale Out Plan and Details of Front, etc". Undated.
The plans relate to renovation work at the Midland Bank, Aberdovey, located on Sea View Terrace, with the side elevation of the building running along Copper Hill Street. There is some pale marginalia in the top right hand corner of the plan indicating that this copy belonged to the Clerk of Works.
The building has not been a bank since at least 2009.
The plan is undated, but was undertaken for Woodfall and Eccles (FRIBA), Architects - 60 Cattle Street, Liverpool.
No author is acknowledged, but the handwriting looks similar to that of Ellis.
