Eglwysbach Methodist Chapel was built in 1898, to the design of architect J.P.Powell of Cardiff, in the Classical style with a gable-entry plan, two storeys and mixed large pane windows. .By 1997 Eglwsbach had been converted for use as a doctors surgery, an exemplary conversion that won a Prince of Wales trust Award. This building is now Grade 2 Listed.
