DescriptionSt Michael and All Angels' Church is situated within a rectilinear churchyard, on the north-west side of Wind Street (A483). It is bounded by Ammanford Park on its north-west side.
The church was built in 1884-1885, to the designs of David Jenkins. It is constructed of multi-coloured crazed masonry (known as 'snailwork style'), in various shades of brown mixed with purple. I thas yellow bathstone tracery, purple relieving arches and a grey plinth and buttresses. The building consists of nave and chanel with bellcote. The sanctuary fittings, by W. Clarke, Llandaff, date to 1936.
