The original Groeslwyd Chapel was built in 1840 and replaced by the present chapel in 1884. This later chapel was designed by architect R.Hurst of Welshpool in the Simple Gothic style with a gable entry plan. The chapel is brick-built with a slate roof. There are two lower wings at the rear, one of which is modern.
