Description
Beulah Methodist Chapel was built in 1823 and rebuilt in 1882. The present chapel, dated 1882, is built in the Simple Gothic style with a gable entry plan. A plaque below the centre window reads: "Beulah/ C.M. chapel/erected 1823/ re-erected 1882". This chapel has a red-brick gable entry facade, a centre window triplet with heads for louvred vents and end lean-to porches, each with a pointed window over. There are similar windows in the return elevations. The adjoining house, on the right hand-side, has a gabled hood to the entry in the right hand return and a half-hipped roof. A dwarf wall and railings run along the front of chapel and there are gates and railings in the right hand return.
