The Presbyterian Chapel on Princess Street was built in 1885 in the Romanesque style, with a gable entry plan and tall round-headed windows. The chapel was designed by architect Richard Owens of Liverpool and is a good example of the winged chapel front style developed by Owens in the 1870's, and his stylistic mix of Gothic, Romanesque, and Italianate elements. This chapel is now Grade 2 Listed for it's fine quality stonework and work by one of the leading Welsh chapel architects.
