Description
Capel Cottages are a pair of nineteenth century red-brick cottages with a slate roof and a central red-brick stack converted into a single house. There is a nineteenth to early-twentieth century two-storey red-brick cross-wing at the front and a single-storey lean-to along the rear elevation of the house. In the north end gable is an old wooden-boarded door and a blocked and cambered-headed window opening. The cottages were possibly used a meeting house for nonconformist congregations.
