DescriptionSt David's Church was a "tin church", built about 130 years ago as a temporary measure to cater for the needs of the English community. At that time Pensarn was a premier seaside resort for visitors from the Manchester area and from industrial parts of North Wales. It was built in 1886 by the Revd David Evans who came to Abergele in 1877.
In 1982 the original, now rusty, corrugated iron cladding was replaced with steel cladding. In 2010 the church was replaced by the Canolfan Dewi Sant Centre, with a dedicated worship area for the use of the congregation of the old St David's Church.
