Description
A coastal village with a maritime and industrial history. Until the end of the nineteenth century, anthracite and iron ore were mined to the north in the valley close to Colby Lodge with ore originally loaded onto boats on Amroth beach, until the mines were connected by railway to Saundersfoot.
