The Catholic church of Our Lady of the Rosary, Ammanford was originally a former meeting hall converted for use by the church in 1926. A new church was built on the site in 2004 in which 'traditional materials have been used in a contemporary design'. The architect was Nigel Arnold, Penarth.
Artworks include Staions of the Cross from the old church, a stained glass windows depicting the Annunciation by Elizabeth Edmundson in 1985, St John the Baptist and St Francis by Gareth Morgan, c2005-2009 and the Virgin and Child also by Gareth Morgan, 2010.
