Siloh Baptist Chapel was built in 1763, rebuilt in 1806, modified in 1820 and again in 1839. The last rebuild took place in 1905 in the Sub-Classical and Arts and Craft style with a gable entry plan and two storeys.

The chapel was renamed Siloh Uniting Chapel in 1994, after joining with Penuel Presbyterian Church (NPRN 10877), and Picton Street United Reform Church (NPRN 10853).
