Caersalem Baptist Chapel was built in 1830, enlarged/rebuilt in 1842 and rebuilt in 1880. The 1880 chapel is built in the Lombardic/Italian style, with a gable entry plan and two storeys. It was designed by architect George Morgan of Carmarthen.
