Description
St Cynfelin's is located on the north side of Treharne Road in Caerau, north of Maesteg. It was built in 1909-10 to designs of G.E.Halliday, architect, of Cardiff. It is a substantial building of pink rock-faced sandstone with dressings of Bath stone. Built in lancet style, its plan comprises nave with lean-to south aisle and lower chancel, entrance in the south-west gable. A Mission Room was also built, adjacent on the north.
