Description
The St. Ann's Chapel site is shown on an Ordanance Survey 6" map from 1900. (GAW, 22/03/2000.)

The roofless ruin of Capel Tal-y-garn stands in the churchyard and to the north-east of the 19th century church that replaced it. The structure consists of four walls standing full height and the two side walls of a porch on the south side. The east wall has a trefoil headed lancet, while the south wall has three large segmental headed window openings which probably date to the 1680's when the church was restored.
